Insert a pop-up note

To insert a pop-up note, you must be editing a previously saved page. (See Edit a page.) You can’t insert a note in a new, unsaved page.

1.    Place the insertion point where you want the marker to appear.

2.    Click the Insert Note button.

3.    Type the text of your note, then click the add a note button. (You may need to scroll the window to see the button.)

Note:

Pop-up notes display as small markers in text. Bloki members with viewNotes permission can click the markers to pop up the hidden note in a small window; other users can’t. (See Change a member's access level for instructions on giving a member viewNotes permission.)
